Delivery

After your purchase you can expect the same level of service by the Shimek's employed delivery and set-up personnel as you received during your purchase.

They will carry your new product into your home, interface with existing equipment, and explain any new remotes or operations with you. Our goal is to have you look at remote controls less and enjoy your new system more.

The Shimek's cordial and well trained delivery crew is dedicated to providing the best possible service in home and business installations. They will explain your new system in such a way that you can relax and enjoy your new equipment without opening a single instruction manual or handle confusing cables. Most of the calls we get are of the "thank you" and "those guys were great" variety. We want our final contact with the client to be as enjoyable and effortless for them as it was with the in-store demonstration.

ISF Color Calibration

ISF stands for the "Imaging Science Foundation". ISF color calibration is a set of corrections aimed at making the picture on your HDTV look the best it can be and also prolong the life of your HDTV by correctly setting brightness & contrast thereby making the power supply more stable. Shimek's is certified by the ISF to perform the ISF color calibration process. We are also equipped with an ISF Optical Comparator and Color Analyzer which makes this calibration flawless. To view our certification click here. This calibration process is performed by Shimek's ISF Technician on all HDTV's that we sell. This service is included free of charge, but normally costs between $250 and $400 dollars. Shimek's also resets the default convergence of the picture tubes to Alaskan magnetism.
